Products in our online shop are fulfilled by a third party. Ministry of Joy is not responsible or liable for any faulty products. 

All sales through Ministry of Joy Something Simple Shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. If there is an issue or damage with your order please see your order form for information to request a replacement.

Cases vary by person and situation. If there is damage of any kind, please document it to help yourself get a quick resolution. Reaching out for a replacement is taken case by case, there is no guarantee for a replacement. These decisions are made by our third party fulfillment, Ministry of Joy is not responsible for the decisions replacement requests.
