Photography Project: Bibles

I know it’s cliche to say a picture says a thousand words, but it’s a cliche for a reason; especially in this instance. Another accurate cliche: never judge a book by its cover, this time in the literal sense. They may come in different bindings but their truth stays the same. That truth is the reason for this photography project. Every Bible has a different cover, different fonts, even small differences in wording, and yet they contain the same powerful words. Stories that have been passed down from generation to generation, wisdom and history that have stood the test of time even in the darkest parts of human history. All across the world the covers of this truth may look different, but the message stays the same. So don’t judge this book by its cover, instead look at artistry that continues to put itself into people's hands no matter its form.
